MRT wise, it’s quite good now. The new West Coast MRT station on Cross Island Line is just about 6 minutes walk, around 445m. Before this, people had to depend on Clementi MRT and bus, but now with West Coast MRT, staff can reach much easier. Buses also many along Pandan Crescent and West Coast Highway.

For logistics, this spot is strategic. You are between city and Jurong industrial belt, and close to Pasir Panjang port and Jurong port. So if you are doing import-export, distribution to west side factories, or serving clients in one-north and Science Park, this location is very central. Not too far from anywhere.
